- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Don't have your kids go there sick if they haven't been there recently, they'll consider you a new patient, require your sick kid fill out a 15 page form and then send you home un-treated if you don't have your insurance card with you!!! Scheduled me twice with the same provider who does not take my insurance and called one hour before my appointment and told me "the doctor says you don't need to see her"... I said "what"? Like how do they know they don't need to see me when they have never seen me before!? I asked to speak to a manager and they said that's not true.
