  I'm absolutely Blown away. I can't even express to you how happy I am that I went to this vet which was mostly swayed by the reviews. I want to make sure i contribute to the fact that made me want to take my cat here and i think you should too! I also went here because i didn't really like my old vet. Dr Adams genuinely want to treat my cat's CAUSE of his symptoms rather than just the symptoms. I think that is the biggest difference a holistic/natural vet clinic is. During the visit she was so thorough with discussion and really wanted to understand history and environment more than just what was happening today. She wrote this email to me after our visit that was clearly tailored to us and not a complete copy paste. She also wants me to track our progress via email or to call. They even took care of getting my pet records so i didn't have to (i always hate doing this even for myself, let alone my pet). The surprising thing was, it wasn't more expensive than taking my kitty to the commercial vet i used to go to.

  The staff and vets at BNAH treat my pets with great care and personalized attention. They know each animal's quirks and needs, and attend to them with great compassion and patience. We have seen most of the vets in the office, and each one is absolutely wonderful! I know that my pets won't receive unnecessary medication or procedures, and that their needs and well-being are paramount. Thank you!!
