  I was referred to Dr. Raposo by my regular dentist. I originally went in for a consultation and a biopsy and then I needed a tooth extracted and bone grafting for future implant. I have been in the dental field for a number of years and I can say that Dr. Raposo and his staff are professional and very complete in explaining procedures. I really felt cared for each time I encountered any staff member. From the front desk to the assistants and Dr. Raposo. I have worked in a few dental offices and I would let Dr. Raposo treat my friends and family. I trust him and I really like him.

  I was referred to Dr. Raposo by my regular dentist in order to get some wisdom teeth extracted. Even though the partially impacted teeth's roots had curled around the nerve, the surgery was incredibly successful and painless. The staff were incredibly kind, worked with me to determine my best course of action in terms of insurance, and made the experience a remarkably positive one. Dr. Raposo is a personable and highly skilled oral surgeon whom I would certainly recommend to anyone in need or oral surgery. At all steps of the way - initial consultation, prep, surgery, and post-operative care/follow-up - I feel I received the best care possible. The availability of his staff and the fact that they make all of their pre- and post-operative care instructions readily available online is evidence of how well they treat their patients. Despite the horror stories I had heard from friends and family about wisdom teeth extractions and the recovery process, especially getting this done as an adult, I had an incredibly positive experience at Alpine Valley Oral Surgery and my recovery period seemed to be less than a day.
