- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This office is a complete mess. The woman at the front desk was rude and barely did the bare minimum. The wait to see anyone is always at least an hour. I've been on the phone with them countless times over incorrect payments, and over a month later the issue is still not resolved. Online, the website said my insurance was accepted here, but the office wouldn't accept it. I asked if they would call my insurance since in different parts of the US it goes by different names. They refused. The woman I met with said because of my situation and I would be apart of a grant program that would ake my visits free. I asked if there was anything I needed to sign and she said no and that I could leave. A week later I got a voicemail saying I had an outstanding balance and needed to pay now. I called back and they said it was all a miscommunication and that they were so sorry and would fix it right away. Tonight I found out that they sent a bill to my mother's house in Chicago. I had only given them my address so they must have taken it off the insurance card they wouldn't accept. I will never come back to this office and I've told the people around me to stay far away. I will have to call again and try to fix this issue, but the lack of any communication at all and incompetentence of this office is truly outstanding. If you're able to see your physician or go to the nearest planned parenthood that is not in Boulder. Save your time and your sanity.January 31, 2017by Jennifer Mclaughlin
